Vegan Secret Sauce

From the McDonald’s Big Mac to In-N-Out’s Animal Style, it seems like everyone loves the oomph of a secret sauce. So, once the Beyond Burger entered my life, I wanted to create a vegan secret sauce that was both creamy and tangy while using few ingredients. Combining Earth Island Soy-Free Vegenaise, Heinz Ketchup, French’s Yellow Mustard and Vlasic Dill Pickles, I found my winning ticket. 

Serves 4-6 | Total Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Vegan Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup 
  • 1/2 tbsp Yellow Mustard 
  • 1 Dill Pickle

Preparation

1. Dice dill pickle to desired thickness.

2. In a bowl mix together the vegan mayo, ketchup and yellow mustard until evenly mixed. 

3. Add the diced dill pickle and stir until combined. 

PRO TIP: Add your favourite hot sauce!
