There is something to be said for the comfort of BBQ especially when suffering from endo pain. Which is why when I make my BBQ Pulled Jackfruit – I tend put it on everything for every meal…
So when I saw an Instagram post from Spud Box highlighting these nutritional raw wraps, crafted by the cleverly named Wrawps, I added them to my next order as I had a feeling the Spicy Wrawps would be the perfect base for my latest batch of BBQ Pulled Jackfruit. And boy, oh boy, was I right.
I preheated my oven to 375 and lined the baking sheet with some parchment paper. Once at temperature, the Wrawps take no time at all to crisp up! Only about five minutes, depends on your crispiness preference! Take out of the oven and top with cold* BBQ Pulled Jackfruit and sliced avocado. Blammo, one Quick & Fancy Lunch made!
*As the wraps are raw, I’ve found they work best with cold BBQ Pulled Jackfruit if placing atop.
If you are looking for a warm lunch, no fear, got that covered. Once baked to crispy perfection, cut the Wrawps in triangles using them as chips with the warmed BBQ Pulled Jackfruit being the dip. Delicious!
